Orange White Balsamic Dressing
1/2 cup of white balsamic vinegar 1 cup of EVOO 2 tbsp of Orange juice 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard 1 tsp oregano 1tsp thyme 1 tsp of minced garlic Whisk to combine. The Dijon mustard helps to keep the dressing semi emulsified but should still be shaken before use.
