• 1/2 cup of white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup of EVOO
  • 2 tbsp of Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic

Whisk to combine. The Dijon mustard helps to keep the dressing semi emulsified but should still be shaken before use.
