Situation:

For the Past 5 Years CSG has been working with BVDG “Natural Delights” on several initiatives to support marketing and product exposure to the Food Service Industry Nation Wide. Our work involved engaging with North American National Account Sales and Marketing to form a focus to expose this Food Service Mammoth market to there superior Medjool Dates.

Their Need:

Expertise in designing, managing and executing support for national food service trade shows. Additionally, we supported chain restaurant support with menu development for the use of Medjool Dates. Our work involved complete immersion of the harvesting, processing and selling of Medjool Dates. We helped them form an industry advisory board and held our first meeting to advise marketing on there critical needs to attack the food service Marketing. During our work with Bard Valley Date Growers – Natural Delights we managed the complete operating and execution of there National Trade Show Booth. Supported food service recipe applications that best fit into specific market segments.
