The Challenge: Reinventing Holiday Comfort Food
PLāTABLE wanted to offer holiday meals that felt both familiar and luxurious, ensuring customers could enjoy a stress-free, high-end dining experience at home. Our team took on the challenge of menu development and production strategy, creating a lineup of elegant, heat-and-serve meals that retained the rich flavors, textures, and artistry of freshly prepared dishes.
To achieve this, we incorporated Sous Vide and Cook Chill techniques—ensuring consistency, moisture retention, and deep flavor development—allowing the meals to be prepared in advance, shipped with ease, and served flawlessly.
