Chef Services Group Attends North America Seafood Expo!
Formerly known as the International Boston Seafood Show/Seafood Processing America, Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America is the largest seafood trade event in North America. The event attracts over 20,000 buyers and suppliers of fresh, frozen, packaged and value-added seafood products, equipment, and services. Attendees travel from more than 100 countries to do business at the exposition.
No other event in North America provides seafood professionals with direct access to qualified buyers and suppliers representing all areas of the seafood industry.
Chef Services Group, Inc had the pleasure of working with the FW Bryce Seafood Company during the Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America event. Based in Gloucester, MA, and Redmond, WA, FW Bryce is the 3rd largest seafood company on the planet! They are also the North American sales and marketing company for Nissui’s Commodity Seafood Products, who hired us as their Culinary Field Ops Consultant, providing “Culinary Support Services”, which encompasses well over 20 branded seafood products. These include: Nissui, Prime Selections, King & Prince, Mrs. Fridays, Gorton’s of Gloucester and many more!
Some of the items we featured during the show:
- Norwegian Salmon – Pan seared or oven baked Salmon served w/ Chive Remoulade as an open face sandwich (lettuce & tomato)
- Atlantic Cod – Baked Cod served w/ Spicy Sesame Sauce (Sirachi, sesame oil, and sweet & salty soy sauce) and Asian Slaw
- Steelhead Trout – Crispy Breaded Steelhead Trout served w/ Spicy Tzatziki sauce
- Clams – (Bay or Sea) Pan Seared Sautéed with Lemon Garlic and Parmesan Butter
