Lean Works opened in early March and is a fast casual restaurant that focuses on fast healthy menu items. At Lean works they have your number, that is the calorie count number for your sandwich.

All of the menu items are created using their three step system that allows the customer to utilize their creativity, as well as personal preference, to create a meal that is under 500 calories.  Step one is a choose your base, where customers can decide from a bun, wrap, or salad based bowl. Step two choose your protein, where customers are able to select from a number of lean protein options, there is even a vegetarian option. Step three is a flavor choice. Lean Works offers 8 predetermined flavor profiles and in case that isn’t enough customers can always adapt them to their preference. The calorie counts next to each menu item allows the customer to keep track of what they are eating for the day.

The All American cheeseburger is a always a common order. Which is a burger or cheeseburger, with lettuce, tomato, onion and house made pickles. The Memphis is another flavor that is always talked about. The Memphis is topped with sweet house BBQ sauce and a Tangy Caroline Slaw.

Lean Works location is in a shopping center containing two gym facilities and a grocery store. Many of the customers are regulars who work a visit to Lean Works into their routine.  They offer both indoor and outdoor self seating. With many large tables and small tables available Lean Works makes it easy to stop by alone or with friends and family. Lean Works also offers to go wrapping of food in case you are on the go.
