In June 2026, Chef Walter Zuromski was formally inducted into the American Academy of Chefs (AAC) at the American Culinary Federation (ACF) National Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The AAC is the honor society of the ACF and one of the highest distinctions in the profession. Membership cannot be applied for. It is earned through peer review, a documented record of culinary achievement, and a sustained commitment to advancing the craft.
