CSG has been working with US Foods® to bring innovative menu offers for T’s Restaurant Group. Recently CSG was invited to Mohegan Sun and had the opportunity to be one of their featured Food Fanatics. Food Fanatics Live brings foodservice professionals together with premier chefs, culinary experts and business operations consultants for the most innovative and informative local food event around. US Foods® celebrates the movement of food people who share their love of food to inspire business success. CSG presented one of our unique breakfast tacos that we feature on the menu seasonally.

CSG’s Chef Walter is pictured below with US Foods® Corporate Chef Chris Kube. It turns out Chef Walter and Chef Chris have the same degree from Johnson & Wales University and have similar culinary / food services back grounds. It was a great day.
