We are happy to announce our new business relationship with Middleby Marshall and CTX Conveyor Oven Technology. Spent 5 days in Orlando at the NAFEM “North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers” Trade Show recently demonstrating the unique capabilities of this conveyor oven which replaces pan searing, flat top, grilling, broiling and oven baking / roasting in one unit. We did so many things this is just a sample of the highlights of the day plus we had some fun with a few guests that included Daniel Carcillo “Car Bomb” of the Chicago Black Hawks NHL and Jaime Laurita Personnel Chef to the Star that included Madonna, Lady GaGa & Steven Tyler. Great trade show that highlights every two years Food Services Equipment Technology Innovation.
