The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics hosts the FNCE: Food Nutrition Conference and Expo, each year so that professionals can come together and educate each other on the latest food trends related to nutrition and diet. The food expo is a chance for companies to market and present their products to this vast clientele who represent everything from school systems to private care, hospitals to universities.  Chef Services Group continues to  remain the key culinary advisor to the Nestle Prepared Foods Brands to assist with one of its largest trade Shows in the Continental USA.

As the Culinary advisor rolls include, but are not limited to providing the following:

  • Planningsamples, tastings, culinary presentations, purchasing, etc.
  • Execution prep work, service, product presentation, etc
  • Opening and Closingunpacking and packing of equipment, paper goods, food products etc.

This mutual-faceted booth is unlike any other and is designed like a home. The “Good Food, Good Life” brands all live under one “roof” and stress the importance of more than just making informed food choices. Nestle focuses on the  development of sound eating and physical activity habits to help fight against dietary challenges throughout the health and wellness industry.

It was part of Chef Services Groups job to relay all of these concepts into the samples and food items presented. With complete knowledge of all products being presented CSG was able to aid sales team members with a serving smile and a tasty snack.
