Through our thorough onsite assessment of formulas and raw material / ingredients.  We then review the individual ingredient nutrient values to generate on target nutrition fact panels and ingredient statements.  This will include your purchased ingredients and sub-component recipes. We field verify and audit all menu items, portions and product specifications to provide you with a detailed report that breaks down  ingredient contribution of each specified nutrient, applies the FDA rounding rules, and presents the nutrient profiles in a ready-to-publish format based on specifications.

For Manufacturing:

A per serving portion is established and both label and ingredient specifications are stated and ready with a JPEG, TIF or BMP file print ready formatted to fit your package according to FDA specifications. This is all provided with a customized document that is tailored to your product.

A multi-column nutrient breakdown and graph is generated so that health and wellness claims can be identified for your product.
